Our Vision at Global Disciples is to see every person have an opportunity to hear the good news of Jesus Christ in a way they can understand and respond.
Global Disciples comes alongside to help the local church mobilize its people. It starts when a group of cooperating churches chooses a person to lead the training. Global Disciples then trains this director with a proven, effective model that will equip others in discipleship, small business, or leadership.
- Discipleship-mission training prepares the disciple to go and make disciples and plant a church.
- Small business training provides the church planter with a means of support and gives him or her an identity or reason to be in a community unreached with the Gospel.
- Leadership training ensures that the church planter and the new fellowships he or she establishes will grow and mature spiritually under Christ-like leaders and mentors.
We currently partner with over 1800 groups of churches in 71 nations in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
“A year ago, we trained 15 disciple makers for one month and sent them on outreach. They were from 15 different border tribes. They planted 15 churches with 1,053 people who came to Christ. In the second year of training, each of those 15 disciple makers recruited 2 or 3 more people and we trained a further 36 disciple makers.”
